Furthermore, we offer following services to assist customers with impairments:

  • Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) - Our branch locations have ATMs with voice guidance. Visual- and hearing-impaired customers can use standard headphones for audible access to financial services.
  • Financial Education Services - Our staff will be pleased to assist customers who have limited financial proficiency by discussing and explaining materials that we issue or the features of our products and services. Stop by or call your local branch.
  • Raised-Line Checks - We offer raised-line checks for the visual-impaired. These checks are larger (8 1/8" by 3") with embossed guidelines that are easily felt. Raised-line checks may be ordered like any other checks for your accounts.
  • Reader Services - Our staff are happy to read and explain appropriate materials to sight-impaired customers. Stop by or call your local branch for an appointment.
